Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-16

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by Aplicart ("we", "us", "our") on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each a "Game"), and to this website. By using a Game you agree to the practices described below.

We design our Games to collect as little information as possible. None of our Games require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the Game, the following categories of information may be processed:

  • Game data stored on your device — progress, levels, scores, settings and preferences. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
  • Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data (device model, operating system version, app version, error details). This data is not linked to your identity.
  • Usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics such as which levels are played or how long a session lasts, used to improve the Games.
  • Advertising data — in ad-supported Games only, our advertising partner may process your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address and approximate (coarse) location to serve and measure ads.
  • Purchases — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.
  • Support requests — if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Each Game's store listing ("App Privacy" on the App Store, "Data safety" on Google Play) shows exactly which of these categories that Game uses.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Game and save your progress and settings.
  • To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
  • To understand how the Games are used and improve them.
  • To display advertising in ad-supported Games.
  • To deliver purchased content and restore purchases.
  • To answer your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles about you.

4. Third-party services

Some Games rely on the third-party services below. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Not every Game uses every service.

5. Advertising and your choices

On iOS, ad-supported Games ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. If you decline, you will only see non-personalized ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ad-supported Games ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings, where available.

You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android: Settings › Google › Ads).

6. Children's privacy

Our Games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Where a Game may be played by children, personalized advertising is disabled and only age-appropriate, non-personalized ads are shown.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@aplicart.com and we will delete it.

7. Legal basis (EEA / UK users)

We process information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the Games, on your consent where required (for example, personalized advertising), and to perform our contract with you (for example, delivering purchased content).

8. Data retention

Game data stored on your device is kept until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Diagnostics and usage data are kept by our providers only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no longer than 90 days. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

9. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To delete your data: uninstall the Game, which removes all game data stored on your device. Because our Games do not use accounts, we generally hold no other data that can identify you. For any other request, email contact@aplicart.com with the name of the Game and your request; we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States; where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Contact

For any question about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact Aplicart at contact@aplicart.com.
